Rates and Reservations

Our current rate for summer 2009 is $25 per night
and includes all taxes, plus a $10 key deposit.
The key deposit is refunded when guests return the key, just before checking out.

SPECIAL SEASONAL RATES:
Winter: Jan 11 to March 31: $30
Spring: April 1 to May 31: $30
Summer: June 1 to September 30: $35
Autumn: October 1 to Dec 15: $30
Christmas / Holiday Season: Dec 16 to Jan 10: $35

We accept reservations in advance. However, guests must call to confirm their reservation 72 hours [3 days] prior to the day of arrival. Many guests seek last minute accommodation with us too, so don’t be afraid to call and check our availability!
Group Discount Rates: During Off-peak seasons…Winter and Spring…we offer discounted rates ~ 10 to 15% ~ for school and college groups, and other educational clubs or groups, of ten or more persons. Please email us at info@nystudentcenter.org to inquire about group discounted rates.
