Rates and Reservations

Our Current rate is $30 per night
and includes all taxes, plus a $10 key deposit.
The key deposit is refunded when guests return the key, just before checking out.
From May 1 through October 31 the rater per night is $30 and includes all taxes, plus a $10 key deposit. The key deposit is refunded when guests return the key, just before checking out.
We accept reservations in advance. However, guests must call to confirm their reservation 2 days prior to the day of arrival. Many guests seek last minute accommodation with us too, so don’t be afraid to call and check our availability!
Between November 1 and April 30, the rate is $20 per night
(discounted off-season rate per night between November 1 and April 30)
and includes all taxes, plus a $10 key deposit.
